Zabrjski from Hercules Powder Company gave an illustrated lecture about our missile program following a pot luck supper at the Hutchings museum. After the fiew year, programs will include an illustrated talk on Israel; a lecture by Dr. Tracy Hall, director of Research at BYU; a program on Welfare; bock reviews; and an evening with Mrs. Dan Severn on poetry. Mrs. Clifford Thayne will present a musical program and members will visit the U. of C. Dinosaur Park as guests of Prof. Elbert H. Porter. The concluding program for the season will be the annual Mother's Tea early in May. The useful and the beautiful are never separated. One of the highlights of the season was a trip to Orem by club members and their hus- band's for a very interesting program on wildlife trophies at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Kerr. Robert Lehila Literary club has participated in and supported com- munity affairs. The club sponsored a float for the Lehi Roundup Parade. In connection with the float club members made a quilt Tickets were sold during parade time. The winning ticket was drawn and the quilt presented to the winner during the final performance of the rodeo. Proceeds from the quilt were used to purchase a drinking fountain for the Hutchings museum. The fountain was presented to the museum at a social for members and their husbands. This year two State Hospital patients are being sponsored and Christmas gifts are being purchased for them.
