The guidelines state a bill will become law if it is not vetoed by the ASUU president within 10 working days. The Court ruled in favor of the Constitution, not the Redbook guidelines. Morgan said Sunday, she wasn't surprised with the decision. However, she said she doesn't think she will be bound by the seven-da-y time limit in the future. Morgan, explained there is a call to change the Constitution and extend the president's veto power to 10 days. The issue will be on the ballot in this week's student body elections. Morgan also said Gabler would be getting the money for the project, but it had to be approved by the Joint Apportionment Committee and she wasn't sure when that would take place. Gabler was unavailable for comment after the decision was announced Friday.
