Andersen Memorial Library Fund has been established by the University College of Law to assist in its acquisitions program that has been severely curtailed by budget cuts. "Jerry Andersen was one of the great teachers of law," said Attorney James B. Lee, chairman of the funds. "His dedication to the University and to the College of Law was complete. I hope his students and friends will join us in remembering Jerry's contributions to the state and to its citizens by assisting in the development of the law library a project with which he was vey much involved." Born in Price, on Oct. 29, 1933, Andersen received his bachelor's degree from the University and graduated first in his class from the College of Law in 1957. He served as an assistant professor of law from 1957 to 1959 at Columbia University where he performed graduate work. .
