The choir is a select group of 62 students who possess advanced vocal and musical skills, Luke said. Performances this semester include presentations at school and community functions in addition to a Christmas program and participation with the Ricks Symphony Orchestra in the premiere of "The Land of Joseph", a Bicentennial Oratorio composed by Dr.Dar-wi- n Wolford of the Ricks music faculty. where she is employed, and majoring in Business Education. She is a member of student productions at USU and has sung with Sun Valley Singers and Americana. Mike is the son of Mr.and Mrs. Howard C. Maughan, Garland. He is a 1972 graduate of Bear River High School and four year seminary. Mike served a mission for the LDS Church in is now a junior at Utah State University, majoring in Business Administration and is presently employed at Wurlitzer.
