The plain fact is that a voter who hasn't registered is like a gun without who will be casting absentee ballots. n, Three voter registration days are scheduled during the month of October so citizens can be eligible to cast their ballot Nov. 2 for offices ranging from president of the United States to school board. Voters can register Oct. 9, 12 or 26 with their local registrar. Or they can register during any business day in the county clerk's office at the courthouse in Brigham City, up until ten days i . before the election. Forms are also available for registration by mail. In the Tremonton-Garlan- d area they are located in the r, e, Schuman Library, First Security Bank, Bear River State Bank, Garland City Library and Garland Post Office. They can also be obtained in the Bookmobiles and the Tremonton Post Office. Rella Olsen, deputy county clerk, stresses that registrants be very specific on their RFD addresses in order to avoid confusion. Who should register anyway?
