Mrs. Kent accompanied them to the roller rink in Logan where they spent sometime roller skating afterwhich they returned to the kent home for ice cream and cake. Visiting Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Yeates and family in Logan Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Charles Pulver and family. Mr. and Mrs. Clark Rudd accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Evan Rudd of Bountiful and Mrs. Gene Penhorwood of Clearfield have returned after spending several days in Ontario, Oregon visiting Mr., and Mrs. Oris (Delphia Bunderson) Rudd and family. Visiting Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Godfrey and family Friday were Dr. and Mrs. William (June Mason) Kon-ra- d of Laguana Hills, Calif. Monday evening Mr. and Mrs. Karl King and family accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Jack Garrett and family of Tremonton, Mrs. Ruby Garrett, Mrs. Royce Reeder of Brigham City ; Mrs, Albert Candelora and daughter Allison of Ogden attended the performance of 'Saturday's Warrior' at the Highland high school in Salt Lake City. Enjoying several days in Hagerman, Idaho visiting Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Anderson and family the past week was Mrs. Voylet Grovef She was accompanied by her Mrs. Ruth daughters, Brough and daughter Patty of Tremonton; Mrs. Mavis Ahlmer and Mrs. Janice Sutherland of Ogden. They went especially to attend a reception honoring Dee Garn and his new bride Mary Dell Longenecker held in the Mall of the First Methodist Church. The group enjoyed visiting many points of interest which included a ride in a ferry across the bay, boat riding, water skiing, visiting friends in Lewisville and Lubbock, etc. Returning home they were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Garn and family in American Fork. Returning from an enjoy- able vacation in Fredonia, Ariz, are Mr. and Mrs. Glen Udy. They visited their and daughter Mr. and Mrs. Steven Winward and family. They were overnight guests of their son and daughter-in-law Mr. and Mrs. Lamar Udy and family in Hunter enroute to Fredonia. Funeral services for Miss Mary Ann Mason, former Fielding resident were held in the Larkin Mortuary in Salt Lake City Thursday. Mary Ann was born Oct. 21, 1900 in Willard to John S. and Eliza Jane Morgan Mason. She taught English at. Bear River high school for a number of years afterwhich she moved to Salt Lake City and continued teaching in the Granite high district until her retirement, She is survived by one sister Mrs. William (June) Konrad of Laguana Hills, Calif. Burial took place in the Willard cemetery. Mrs. Darrell Godfrey and Rex Godfrey attended funeral services for Miss Mason. Elder Neal A. Maxwell, assistant to the Twelve was one of the speakers.
