Grant S. Williams, Manager of Social Security for Northern Utah, said that the right to SSI checks, as well as the amount of those checks , can be affected by changes in income whether the income is earned or unearned. "People getting SSI checks should make a prompt report to a social security office whenever they expect such a Change," Mr. Williams said. He said that examples of income changes that must be reported include increases or decreases in government pensions or annuities such as Veterans Administration payments or compensation, Civil Service retirement annuities, railroad retirement benefits and military retirement benefits. Food Handler Tests Set On July 29 Mrs. Leona Lundstrom, Sanitarian for the Bear River District Health Department has selected the date of July 29 for another in a series of examinations for all those people in the area who are food handlers. The testing will be done between the hours of 1:30 and 4:30 in the Assembly room at the Civic center, 102 S. Tremont. The TBC test will also be done at this time and there is a charge of $1. Anyone who desires a Food Handler's manual can come into the Health Department in the Civic Center where they are available.
