M V week. The Hansens, GOOD NEWS FOR Mr. and Mrs. J. G. Burgess were in Wendell, Ida., last Tuesday to attend funeral services for an aunt, Mary Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Don Welling and family of Evanston visited Sunday and Monday with the Karl Wellings, Don's parents. Mr. and Mrs. John Allen and Mr. and Mrs. El Ray Allen attended a wedding reception Friday night for Edward Archibald and his new wife in Malad. Tex., visiting with them Dairymen in genealogy. Glenis (Neal) Browning and children visited her folks, Mr. and Mrs. Merle Neal for a few days this week. They are moving to Las Vegas where Mr. Browning will be working for the Internal Revenue. Cory Barnes, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wyne Barnes cut his head Monday morning and had to be taken to the Dr. for stitches. He is getting along fine. Mrs. Kendall Kimber's sister, Mrs. Harry Clark and son, Dick Mr. and Mrs. Ron Hales were in Layton Sunday to attend a testimonial for Craig Farnsworth, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Farnsworth, who is leaving for the Uruguain Mission of the LDS Church soon. Mrs. Hales and Lowell Farnsworth are brother and sister. Michigan. Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Davis attended the Davis family reunion at Willow Park in Logan Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Delose Udy and girls, Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Burnett and son accompanied by Warren Udy, Mr. and Mrs. John Allen and Earl Hughes and boys of Samaria, Ida., attended the Udy family reunion in the Farmington Park Explorers. VISITS PARENTS Mrs. Phyllis (Arbon) Smith is staying with her folks a couple of weeks while her husband is on business in the East. They live in Fullerton, Calif. Mr. and Mrs. Bob Arbon visited their folks over the weekend also. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Steed went to Lava Hot Springs on business Saturday. Kendall Kimber attended the Fish and Game School at Camp Williams last week. Mrs. Kimber would like everyone in Snowville to know that she will have corn and beans for sale next week. Mr. A. E. Hyder from Tyler, Tex., is visiting his son. Bill Hyder and family. He will be staying about a month. MOVING TO LAS VEGAS, NEV. Reunions Keep Riverside Folks Traveling by Myrle Udy Visitors at the Leo Coombs home are Mr. and Mrs. Jack and son, Scott T. Walker (Christine Coombs) of Denver, Colo. Mrs. Walker is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leo Coombs. Mrs. Terry Allred and children of Roy and Susie Struthers of Provo were at the Leo Coombs home Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. Dale Clark of La Habra, Calif., were visitors of the Leo Coombs during the week. Mr. and Mrs. Ken Hanni and children visited Mary Udy Tuesday. Wayne Hanni is home on furlough from Fort Ord, Calif., until the 19th of Aug. CLUB MEMBERS HONORED The ladies of the Jr. Birthday Club honored Inez Johnson and Connie Anderson at the Johnson home Thursday night. A lovely pot luck lunch was served and a social evening enjoyed. Mrs. Alice Henderson of Blackfoot visited the Ed Udys Friday. The ladies are cousins. Myrle Udy and Mary Udy visited Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Evans of California at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Wood in Fielding Friday. Myrle Udy and the other ladies are cousins. Saturday Myrle Udy accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Nyle Man-guand family to the Daniel-sofamily reunion at Downata son-in-la- her grandmother. Verlin Lee and sister, Joann (Lee) Wright and their friend, Michael Cochran from Brigham City, visited their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Lee. Mr. and Mrs. Dan Hickman are home from a week at the BYU. While there they took a Wanda Nelson, Edith Timothy, Lela Doutre and Nan Bowcutt of the Fun Club show the lovely quilt they have made in shades of pink, with a rose design, which will be presented to a lucky recipient at the Box Elder County Fair. Donations are being solicited by the club members until Fair time, with the proceeds to be divided equally between the Tremonton Bowery and the Garland Park. The quilt can be seen this week in Keith's of Tremonton display window. n CLASS REUNION by Eva Mae Kimber RETURN FROM CALIFORNIA Mr. and Mrs. Don Brown arrived home from their trip to Sacramento, Calif., week. They went to see their son who had an operation. He will be in a cast for six weeks. They report it was 106 degrees while they were there so they are glad to get home. Steven and Vivian Terry were home for the weekend to visit their folks, Bishop and Elnora Hickman. Bill and Karon Stokes were visiting in the valley over the weekend. Mr. and Mrs. John Laws and Beverly and Miss Jayne Bow-cuhave just returned from a few days at Flaming Gorge. Miss Beverly Laws celebrated her birthday with a party Friday evening. Eight friends helped her celebrate at the John Laws home. The group enjoyed refreshments and games. HOUSE GUEST FROM URUGUAY A guest at the John H. Eber-har- d home during the week was Mirtha .Mazzoli of Montevideo, Uruguay. She is an employee in the U.S. Embassy in that country. She is in this country to attend the United Nations Assembly in New York, and is making a study of agriculture as she travels over the United States, during her stay in this country.
