JONES RITES SATURDAY NOON Funeral services for William Soren Jones, 70, of 304 Main St. longtime Bingham resident, wiho died Wednesday, December 4r at 12:04 p.m. in a Salt Lake hospitaL after a brief illness, will be held at 12 noon Saturday, December 7 (tomorrow) in the Rose Room, Deseret Mortuary at 36 E. 7tih South, Salt Lake City. Friends may call at the mortuary mortu-ary tonight (Friday) from 7 to 8 p.m. and Saturday prior to services. ser-vices. Mr. Jones was born March 25, 1887, in Butlerville, a son of Silas S. and Mary Jensen Jones. He married Ina Clays July 19, 1909,, in Bingham Canyon. He was a businessman. He retired in 1937.. Surviving him are his widow Bingham; a son, W. Kendall,, Hollywood, Calif.; a daughter., Mrs. Justine Texel, San Francisco, Fran-cisco, Calif.; three brothers and five sisters, Allen E., Mrs. James Covert, Mrs. Henry Pelham, Salt Lake City; Edwin L. Draper, Joseph Jo-seph L., Tooele; Mrs. John Elb son, Holladay; Mrs. Ross M. Stakor, Cottonwood Heights, and Mrs. George Bolman, Copperton., Interment will be in Murray Cemetery. |
