Show KENNECOTT RETIRES NINE EMPLOYEES The retirement of nine employees em-ployees with a total of 276 years of service with the company was announced by officials of the Utah Copper Division of Kennecott Kenne-cott Copper Corporation. Seven of the men are from the company's department of mills. They are: Weston Orgill, 5655 W. 3500 So., Magna, boilermaker helper, Arthur mill, 28 years of service; John W. Stewart, 2699 Fillmore St, Salt 'Lake City, first fire blacksmith, Magna mill, 35 years of service; John E. McDan-lel, McDan-lel, Provo, carpenter, Arthur mill, 25 years service. Herman Cobbley, 9109 W. 3200 So., Magna, painter, Arthur mill, 28 years service; Paul R. Schultz, 3350 So. 8400 W., Magna, general carpenter foreman, Magna mill, 39 years service; Omer E. Hall, 2892 So. 600 W., Magna, car in- 1 spector, Ore Haulage, 36 years service; and B. Donald Willes, 1752 E. 21st So., Salt Lake City, tailings spray tender, Arthur mill, 21 years service. Two of the retiring employees are from the company's Bingham Canyon mine. They are Zadan Noseph, 483 Main, Bingham Canyon, Can-yon, pump operator, 29 years service ser-vice and Bert (LeRoy Mitchell, 465 E. 7200 So., 'Midvale, assistant assist-ant pipe foreman, 35 years of service. |
