This program is designed for highly motivated officers who have demonstrated outstanding leadership ability, commitment to public service and integrity, and who have an interest in moving into senior management positions. These individuals must be able to operate in simulated real-lifsituations that involve short deadlines, be receptive to a unique training methodology whereby the participants assume responsibility for their learning, and have the ability to conceptualize and analyze problems effectively.
