HEALTHY LIFESTYLE ESSAY CONTEST: Write a 500 word essay about why a healthy lifestyle is important, and have a chance to win a gift certificate to Gart Sports. All entries must be turned in by May 29. 1:30-3:3- 6-- 8 BLUE STREAK FAMILY FUN BIKE RIDE: Saturday. This activity is open to all ages. The cost is $2 per person not to exceed $10 per family (immediate family members only). Participants may sign up in advance with Kelly, Ext. at the BEAR RIVER MIGRATORY BIRD Hess Fitness Center or show up early the day of the event. The race begins at 10 a.m. at Bldg. 1277. Prizes and awards will be given. All riders need to bring a bike and helmet. GIVE PARENTS A BREAK: Child care is offered at the Child Development Center for kids ages 6 weeks to 5 years, and at the Youth Center for kids ages 6 to 13 years. It will be held on the third Saturday of each month with alternating times. On Saturday the program will be held between 6 8. Springtime in all of its glory. Trip includes transportation, admission to the refuge and trip leader. Cost $4 per person. FLY FISHING CLASS: June 9. The ideal class for anyone who would like to learn to fly fish. Carter Creek Camp, located on the North Slope of the Uintah mountains, e features five cabins that sleep people, one cabin that sleeps people, three trailers that sleep two, three private RV sites and three tent sites. The camp has men's and women's showers and rest rooms, picnic tables, barbecue grills and spectacular hiking and scenic areas.
