Show May 28. 1998 53 RTOCXI Play Ball! The Youth Services playing field was officially opened last week, just in time for the spring season. Col. Larry Spencer, right, 75th Air Base Wing commander, cuts the home-basribbon, assisted by two players. Below, players and coaches from the Youth Services teams line up behind their signs to witness the event. The field is located on 11th Street between the FamCamp and Hill AFB Hospital.
