Show June 24, 1993 RANDOLPH AFB, Texas (AFNS) The Air Force has selected 7,013 staff sergeants for promo-- ' tion to technical sergeant during the 94A6 cycle. A total of 63,168 people were considered for an overall selection rate of 11.1 percent. The average score for this cycle was 339.45 points, based on 43.9 points for time in grade, 26.65 points for time in service, 131.04 points for performance reports, 5.41 points for decorations, 69.91 points for promotion fitness examination and 70.06 points for specialty knowledge test.
