At present, if a dependent has a medical problem or ailment, heshe should make an appointment with the family practice provider assigned to the sponsor '3 squadron. QI far ' I understand all active duty members as back seat passengers are required to wear seat belts both on and off base. Since Utah law does not require seat belts in the back seat, are we still responsible? Also, does this apply to reservists? Notwithstanding Utah law, compliance with Air Force Regulation 127-7- , USAF Traffic Safety Program (Supplements DODI 6055.4), requires back seat passengers to wear seat belts. The recent change to that regulation states that restraint devices will be worn by all Air Force military personnel operating and riding in government and private motor vehicles on and off an Air Force installation. In addition, the change also states that Air National Guard and Air Reserve personnel on active duty must comply with the regulation. Additional questions may be directed to Capt. Until this system is activated, an answering machine has been installed in the reservation office. The answering machine will allow a larger volume of calls to be accepted in a smaller amount of time and will keep the line open during lunch breaks and when reservation business is being conducted by the clerk at the front desk or on another phone line. The reservation clerk will then call the individual back using a different line. The one phone line in the reservation office will be strictly reserved for reservation business only, also freeing the line more often. If you still cannot get through to the reservation office, please call the front desk at Ext. 71844 or 72601. They can take information concerning your reservation and the reservation clerk will, then get back with you within one duty day. eroU4Mn-4f- or on-bas- When I called the hospital to make an appointment for an annual checkup for my wife, I was told that physicals are not scheduled for dependents unless there is a specific problem.
