Cranston Ronald membership drive underway The 1982 Air Force Sergeants Association membership drive is currently underway at Hill AFB and will continue through December. The association is a world-wid- e organization which represents the interests of active duty or retired enlisted men and women of the United States Air Force, Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve. The theme of this year's membership drive, which has been endorsed by Gen. Charles A. Gabriel, Air Force chief of staff, is "AFSA For You and Me In '83." Maj. Gen. Leo Marquez, commander, Ogden Air Logistics Center, echoed General ' Gabriel's endorsement. He encouraged all - eligible enlisted personnel to seriously consider the benefits of joining the association. Active membership is open to all enlisted men and women of the Air HILLTOP TIMES E. Cranston, Combat 2952nd Logistics Support Squadron,' recently received the ' Meritorious Service Medal. The medal was presented by Gen. James P. Mullins, commander, Air Force Logistics Command, during his visit to Hill AFB Nov. 3. MSgt. -- of- i) Sergeant Cranston received the medal for outstanding achievement as a structural branch superinten-den- t in the squadron from Oct. 1 : : through Nov. 2, 1982. He was commended for his leadership and efforts training personnel assigned to the 405th and 2952nd CLSS during exercise Proud Saber '82.
