Ski school starts Saturday; two packages offered Even though there is no snow to speak of in the valley, Davis County Ski School will open their first session of instruction Saturday. The session will consist of five classes, one on each Saturday through Dec. 27. Registration will be at three locations: the Five Points Mall in Bountiful; the Clearfield Pool, 934 S. 1000 E., Clearfield, and the Pupil Services Office, 20 N. Main, Farmington. Class size is limited to 12 students and age limit starts at 10 years through adult. All instruction will be done by - certified instructors at Alta and Snow Basin ski resorts. There are two price packages for the session. Package 1 includes the five lessons, plus bus transportation to Snow Basin or Alta for $40. Package 2 includes lessons only and you furnish transportation for $19. Neither cost includes lift passes. They will be extra. ' A day lift pass (all lifts) at Snow Basin costs $8.50 or $6 for 12 years of age and under. The Becker-Littl- e Cat day pass costs $6 and the Becker-Littl- e Cat pass costs $7.50.
