Jackson, Jr. 2849 Security Police Squadron Theft of private and government property, loss or missing government and private property, DUIs, and damage to property kept police busy this week. Two airmen at the NCO Club were intoxicated and were creating a disturbance. When asked to leave by the manager, they refused. Both were removed from the club and charged with "Drunk on Station" and "Conduct Unbecoming an Airman." Police observed a parked vehicle with a counterfeit inspection sticker. The owner of the vehicle was contacted and charged. He was also given a court date with the U.S. Magistrate. An NCO reported that his window was broken at his quarters. A dependent son informed him that he saw some youths around the house and that one threw a rock which broke the window. Investigation is se pending. Another airman reported the theft of three speakers from his privately owned vehicle parked in the parking lot adjacent to dormitory 523. There were no signs of forced reported that he parked his vehicle base, housing and when he returned, a window was shattered on the driver's side. No one in the area noticed anyone around the airman was arrested in Ogden for driving under the influence. He was given a breathalyzer test with results of .13. Beginning next Tuesday will be the Basic Photography Class. This class is an introduction to photography and teaches how photography works, such as exposure control, how and when to use filters, composition, development and printing and preparing the photograph for display. The course is held each Tuesday evening for 10 weeks, starting at 5 p.m. Cost is $15, which includes all supplies, except camera and film.
