MENTAL HEALTH CLINIC Patients are required to come in to the clinic to fill out intake information sheet. This can be done from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. Patients will be referred to the Central Appointments Desk to make an appointment with a psychiatric technician to determine the nature and severity of problems. The technician will then take a social (Background) history, administer psychological testing, and if deemed necessary, will refer the patient to the Central Appointments Desk to make an appointment with one of the professional staff. Emergencies will be seen as soon as possible.
