Rohr, 388TFW Commander, received the stars of his new rank in a ceremony at wing headquarters. Officiating at the occasion was Lt. Gen. V. Hartinger, 12th Air Force Commander. General Hartinger and Mrs. Rohr did the honors of pinning the stars on the new James Brigadier. Maj. Gen. James P.
