Show With the Hill AFB Officers' Wives' Club Kitchen Kapers By Lois Ulich This month I wish to share with you a desert favorite of mine, Leimon Chess Pie. Lemon Chess Pie 4 eggs 2 cups sugar cup milk Juice of one lemon n2 V2 cup butter Mix eggs, sugar, milk and lemon juice (do not beat too much). Put in unbaked pie shell and dot with butter. Bake at 250 for one hour or until medium brown. Policy Given By Thrift Shop Summer clothing consigned to the Thrift Shop during the months of June and July will become the property 6f the Thrift Shop at the end of August, unless redeemed by the consignee before the last Wednesday in August. No clothing of any season will be accepted for consign- ment during the month of August. This policy supersedes the 90-dsale contract on clothing. Francis E. Foley. Mrs. Foley is a native of New York City and a graduate of the college of New Rochelle. The Foleys have two daughters. Jean, 18, and Peggy, 20. During their past 21 years with the Air Force, they have lived in various parts of the country, most recently at Ft. Leslie J. McNair.
