Judges will be at Delta August 25, 1969. Dr. Stark urges everyone to take a second look at vacant lots and streets and to see if their appearances appear-ances can't be improved by using a rotary mower. He reminded the chairmen and mayors that some communities are not using these mowers to the full advantage and that often the town or community shows this lack of use. "We feel that vacant lots should be mowed at the expense of the owner and that property owners should be required re-quired to keep the weeds mowed", he said. 7.500 Read It In The CHRONICLE P.O.
