Show Millard County Chronicle Thursday, January 3, 1963 Oak City News MAE H. SHIPLEY Sunday night at Sacrament meeting Elder William Dutson gave the report of his labors in the British Mission. The chapel was filled to capacity by ward members mem-bers and many friends and relatives rela-tives from other places. Elder Dut-son's Dut-son's report was very interesting and enjoyed by all present. Wednesday evening a farewell program and dance was held to honor Elder Crandall Nielson, who leaves for his mission. A good crowd attended. Crandall will leave Jan. 7th for the mission home then go to the California mission. Again, a large crowd was out Friday night for Elder Quayle Dul-son's Dul-son's mission farewell. A nice short program and dancing was enjoyed by a large crowd. He leaves Jan. 7 for the mission home then on to the British mission. about a month when his furlough expires. They will make their home for the present in Arkansas. Miss Wilma Wixom is spending the holidays in Oak City with the Willis Dutson family. Visitors over the weekend were Mr. and Mrs. Wilburn Olson and children. Mr. and Mrs. Steven Lovell visited vis-ited Saturday and Sunday from Cedar City. Mrs. Ada Jacobson spent Sunday and Monday from Provo. Bishop and Mrs. Finlinson had their daughter Marie home for the holidays. She is attending school this year at the College of Southern South-ern Utah, Cedar City. Mr. and Mrs. Meldon Anderson and baby visited from McGill, Nev. Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Lovell and sons visited in Salt Lake with their A very lovely wedding and re-days and Brents birthday Visitors from Clearfield were Boyd and Rosalie Call and children. Parents are Orpha and Robert Bige-low Bige-low of Salt Lake. They have two other children, Bruce and Kellee to welcome the new arrival. Mr. Bryce .Finlinson brot his wife Edith home from the Payson hos-p hos-p tal Monday. Twin daughters were ! born at the hospital in December, The one little daughter was living at the last report. The other little girl did not live. We welcome E' d.th home again. Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Jacobson had his son Orlan and their grandson Silvan visit from Ogden. Silvan has just returned from a mission to New Zealand Mr. and Mrs. Antone Christensen and three daughters spent the weekend in Oak City. They had brot their mother Esther Christen sen and sister Laura home.
