Show New Utah - Thursday, October 21, 2004 - Page 18 SCERA to present Divine Comedy at showhouse on Oct. 30 SCERA audiences will light up on Saturday, Oct 30, compliments of glow sticks they will receive as they enter Showhouse II for an evening of clean humor from the popular pop-ular sketch comedy troupe Divine Comedy. Two shows are scheduled, one at 8 p.m. and a second one at 10 p.m. Tickets are available from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays at the SCERA Center, 745 S. State St., Orem, by calling 225-2569 or 225-ARTS, or at the box office 45 minutes before the per-. formance. Admission is $6 for adults and $4 for children (age 3 to 11), students (with ID) and seniors (65). "The Lord of the Engagement Engage-ment Ring," the theme for the funny evening, is a parody of the movie trilogy that features fea-tures 13 seasoned performers doing both sophisticated and slapstick comedy. Divine Comedy members are former and current members mem-bers of the BYU-based comedy come-dy troupe and will be taping the two SCERA shows for an upcoming DVD release.
