Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. VOTING REQUIREMENTS: 1. Be a United States citizen; 2. Be a resi dent of Utah for at least 30 days immediately before the next election; 3. The fair will be held on Thursday and Friday, Oct. 9 and 10 from 9 a.m. to noon. It will be at the Utah County Coun-ty Health Department at 589 South State Street in Provo. The County encourages all senior citizens to come and take advantage of the clinics that will be held on that day. All services will be free unless otherwise indicated. indi-cated. Below is a list of the various clinics and their sponsors. Hearing and Balance checks (sponsored by Wasatch Audiology). Eye checks (sponsored by Prevention Blindness) include visual acuity, glaucoma glau-coma checks, and referrals. Skin cancer checks (sponsored by Medical Dermatology). Der-matology). This will involve brief examinations of concerned con-cerned areas and referrals when necessary. Blood pressure checks. Health Promotion for seniors (sponsored by the Division of Health Promo tion) will include information informa-tion on physical activity, healthy eating, and diabetes. dia-betes. Flu shots will be offered depending on availability avail-ability at a charge of $15 or Medicare part B card. Pneumonia shots will be offered at a charge of $25 or Medicare part B card. Blood Glucose Testing (finger stick). Fasting Total Cholesterol Choles-terol Blood Draw Testing by appointment only from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. for a reduced charge of $13 (two days only). Bone Density Testing for $15. All senior citizens are urged to participate in this unique and fun opportunity. As a special incentive, local merchants have donated donat-ed food and door prizes.
