She leaves a rich legacy of love and service for her nine children, 35 grandchildren and 39 great grandchildren. Peggy was born January 21, 1921 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Rachel Gain and Archibald Stevenson. She married Robert McLelland October 24, 1938 and was blessed with two lovely daughters, Penny Bailey of Sacramento, California, and JoAnne Foust, of- Moiese, Montana. She grew in service to her fellowman by serving as a Primary Teacher, Relief Society Teacher and in the House of the Lord. Equally she was well loved and served by loving visiting teachers and home teachers both in Utah and Washington. She loved and served many "adopted" children and families wherever she lived. Mom will always be remembered remem-bered by her loving family for her determined Scottish spirit and wit. Mom's life is best summarized summa-rized by these 10 two-lettered words, "If it is to be, it is up to me".
