MM Alpine Stake Presidency Extends Christmas Greetings With the clouds of another year, Alpine Stake looks back with pride v on what has been accomplished and the growth made during 1972. The growth of the stake has been about 600 people, bringing bring-ing stake membership to about 6,400 people. During the year several new bishoprics were sustained. The Highland ward was divided with new bishoprics named in each of the wards. New bishoprics were also sustained in the Eighth Ward, Sixth Ward and Ninth Ward and in the Utah State Training School branch. Building additions were found necessary in several of the wards with Highland Ward completing their addition and holding its dedication. The Alpine-Alpine Second Wards building was remodeled re-modeled and a remodeling project pro-ject is now underway in the Ninth-Twelfth-Fourteenth Ward. Plans are to begin remodeling the Sixth-Eighth-Thirteenth Ward building in the near future. Property to the north of this building has also been acquired to be used to enlarge the parking lot. The opening of the Provo Temple Tem-ple saw an increase in temple work with many couples and others also being called to help staff this special building. This great calling, we are sure will reap great blessings. Home teaching in the stake Greetings Jf i A 1 111 (Shriatmas Season send good wishes and thanks for letting us serve you all year.
