Beginning Friday you wlllbeable to get free Bingo cards from merchants participating In this fascinating and profitable game. The cards for the first week's play, beginning August 7, will be available Friday. Now you will be able to play bingo at your convenience and leisure in your home and win money. The American fork Citizen and Shopping Guide will give away $650.00 during the 13-week 13-week event. The winner each week will receive $50. If there Is more than one winner the prize will be divided. If there ara no winners, win-ners, the prize money will be added to the following week's prize. Rules of the game allow you one Bingo card, without obligation obliga-tion or purchase, each time you visit one of the participating merchants. You can visit merchants mer-chants as often as you wish and day as many cards as you wish. The more cards you play the ereater the opportunity to win During the next week you can nick ud blue colored Blneo cards, A list of the participating mer chants and the rules for playing the game will be f-'ipa else where in this addition of the Cit izen. After the first week in August the color of the Bingo cards will change each week for the 13-week period. You must have the correct color card to win. Mutilated cards will not be honored. All you have to do is watch for the"bue" number that match es one on vour card. When your card is completely matched, you are a winner. If vou have a winning Bingo card, all 24 numbers match with fhnsn that smear in the Amerl can Fork Citizen, bring or mail your card to the Citizen office before Monday evening of the followine week. Your name, ad' dress and ohone" number must be stoned on the card. All Blneo games begin on Thursday and conclude on Monday. Bingo numbers will be drawn at random from a cage each week at the American Fork Citizen Citi-zen office. The numbers appearing appear-ing on, the body of "bugs" will be placed in advertisements appearing ap-pearing In each Thursday's paper. pap-er. Rcsppoinhncnt Of Boiling Advisory Council On June 24, 1969, Governor Rarapton re-established Mm Roatine Advisory Council which was unknowingly abolished by the last legislature tnrougn passage of Senate Bill 169 after it was revised and amended many times. In his executive order me Governor stated "a need for a body to review and offer sugges tions regarding boating policy.' The new Council met for the first time on July 21 at the Di vision of Parks and Recreation office at 132 South 2nd West, Salt Lake City and elected Will iam A. Carver, representing tne U. S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, as its chairman. The Marine Deal ers represantative, Peter Wil son, will serve as vice cnair-man. cnair-man. Other members include C. Victor Dover, who was the prev ious council chairman lor tune years and represents the Federated Feder-ated Boat Clubs, Jack Allrhouse, renresentinz the Utah WUQllie & Outdoor Recreation Federation and a new member from the Wes tern River Guides Association, Jack Currey. The Council's first task was to list the proposed procedures under which it will be able to advise ad-vise the Board of Parks and Recreation of the desires of the various boating interests in the administration of all phases of the boating program.
