The large elk dressed out at about 600 pounds and was a royal elk having seven points on one side and six on the other. The rack measured 44 and, one-half Inches both In width and height. The animal was taken In North Huntington Hunting-ton Canyon on the.Mantl range. This Is the first time either Mrs. Rlchan or her husband have drawn out on the elk per mlts In the three 1 years they have applied.
