Plaintiff seeks a money judgment against Defendants in the amount of $10,172.56 together with late charges of $20.84, together with interest on the principal balance at the Contract Rate of 9.34 per annum from July 21, 2005, until paid, together with Plaintiff's costs and disbursements disburse-ments incurred herein for Defendant's breach of contract. DATE OF FIRST PUBLICATION: January 11, 2007 Leona (Lee) Emma Matheny, born December 30, 1915 in El-linwood, El-linwood, Kansas to Gustave B. Janzen and Marie M. Galyardt Janzen, Jan-zen, passed peacefully in her sleep the morning of January 16, 2007. She was 91. Lee was married first to J. Delton Parsley (deceased) (de-ceased) and second to William Mark Matheny (deceased). Lee has lived in Lehi for more than 30 years, having moved here from her home in California. Many people peo-ple will know her from her many years of service in the Hutchings Museum. She is survived by her brother, Marvin G. (Vicky) Janzen, and sister, Anita Marie (Richard) Bedley; two daughters and sons-in-law, Rillis & Gene Heady and Kimberly & JayDee Anderson, Jr.; Her grandchildren, Pamela (Keith) Desposito, Leslie (John) Trevgoda, Yanira (Aaron) Christensen, Danny (Jodi) Anderson, and Paul (Kimberly) Bryant. There are 9 great-grandchildren, Christopher Desposito, Joseph and Alexandra Trevgoda, Natalie, Haylie, and Emily Christensen, Jaydon & Jax-ton Jax-ton Anderson, and Jessica Bryant. He married Madge Whim pey, Feb. 14, 1947 in the Salt Lake IDS Temple. At age 16, Bud organized his own dance band, "The Bud Hutchings Hutch-ings Orchestra" and performed around Utah for over 60 years. Bud worked as a U.S. Government Govern-ment employee and served in World War II in the infantry. He retired from the Utah National Guard after 35 years. He was very active in scouting and was a leader in organizing the Emergency Emer-gency Preparedness network in the church and community. After retirement from the military, he served as Director of the John Hutchings Museum of Natural History in Lehi. Survived by his wife, Madge of Lehi; sons and daughters, John LaMar (Elaine), American Fork; Kyle Lawrence and Blair W. (Gay-le), (Gay-le), both of Lehi; Bradley K. (Lisa), Kaysviile; Joel Carey (Maria), Highland; Hayden Ray (Gabriela), Inman, S.C.; Lynnette (Paul) Ivory, Ivo-ry, Florence, TX; Robyn Stanley, Lehi; Suzanne (Basil) Ryan, Eagle Mountain; 21 grandchildren; 23 greatgrandchildren; great-grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; sister, Ester Hebrew and aunt, Eva Johnson, Lehi. He is preceded preced-ed in death by a grandson, Scott Blair Hutchings, brother Harold Hutchings, and sister Laurel Lau-rel Merrell. Utella Smith Taft will celebrate her 90th birthday on Monday, January 29, 2007. She was born in Lehi, where she attended school, and graduated gradu-ated from Lehi High School as a Honor Student. She married Vern Taft and has four children, Michael, Neil, Russell, and Cheryl. She also has many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. A open house birthday party will be held at her home in Salt Lake City on Sunday, January 28. Jonathon Colson, age 10, reached the pinnacle of Cub Scouts on Tuesday, January 23, 2007, when he received their highest high-est honor, the Arrow of Light Award. Jonny is in Pack 480 sponsored spon-sored by the Aspen 5th Ward in Orem.
