Huggard returned to Heavenly Father from his home in American Fork. Glen had been living with the full time help of an oxygen concentrator. Dec 27th he was set free of his physical limitations. Glen was born in American Amer-ican Fork on Christmas Day 1925 to Frank and Ethel Ashton Huggard. He was the 2nd to youngest child in a family fam-ily of nine children. Glen grew up in the American Fork First Ward; he still resided in the First Ward until his passing. Glen graduated from American Fork High School. He served his country in the United States Navy the last year of World War II. His duties in the Navy were the Waters and Isle's of the Pacific Ocean. Glen worked at Geneva Steel before and after the war. He attended BYU to become an accountant, but we unable to finish fin-ish his degree. In the early 1950's, Glen became a Plumber and later a Plumbing Contractor. Glen made plumbing his life long career and was very good at his trade and contracting business. After retiring retir-ing from plumbing, he worked at the American Fork Developmental Developmen-tal Center where he shared his many skills. Glen married the love of his life, Norma Jean Gammon, July 24, 1953. Their marriage was solemnized solem-nized in the Logan Temple in 1989. To this happy union was received 4 children: Roy Lee, Irene, Rex James (Jim), and Jeffry Dee. Mom and Dad enjoyed many happy years together. They Annie Hannah Monson Thayne Annie Hannah Monson Thayne, age 92, passed away at her daughter's daugh-ter's home on December 26, 2006 in Pleasant Grove, Utah. pf? Annie was born March 21, 1914 in Pleasant Grove, Utah. She was the fourth of eight children born to Martin and Edith Monson. She married Ernest Lloyd Thayne June 28, 1933, in double wedding with her brother Bill and Elda Monson in American Fork, Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple on April 7, 1941. Annie is survived by 4 of her 5 children. Lloyd (Dawna) of Lay-ton; Lay-ton; Edith Ann; Dennis (Karla); and Cindy (Gerald) Boyd all of Pleasant Grove. 16 Grandchildren, Grandchil-dren, 36 great grandchildren and 7 great, great grandchildren. Annie An-nie was preceded in death by her husband Ernest, daughter Karen (Stan) Packer, granddaughter Holly, great grandson David and all of her 8 siblings. Mother dedicated her life to service ser-vice and unconditional love as she served through many callings in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Lat-ter Day Saints. Mom was a leader and example to all she came in contact with. For over 20 years she served as a supervisor in numerous assignments assign-ments at the Utah State Training School, where she served as State President of the Utah Public Employees Em-ployees Association, was selected as the State Employee of the year and through this she instigated many changes that benefited the employees and children. Many of the clients at the school lovingly called her "Mom". Annie loved the Manila area, where she was raised and she also raised her children. Her heritage was important to her as she saw the Manila area change over the past 92 years. She was a member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers, Pio-neers, where many of her histories histo-ries and stories were printed. Mother served an LDS Church History Mission in SLC. Funeral Services were held Tuesday, January 2, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. in the Old Manila Chapel, 900 West 2600 North, Pleasant Grove. Friends called Monday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Olpin Family Mortuary, 494 South 300 East, Pleasant Grove and at the church on Tuesday one hour prior to services. Jane Zada Webb Phillips i J VVv I Jane Zada Webb Phillips, age 86 of Lehi, passed away on Dec. 28, 2006 of causes incident to age. She was born on July 19, 1920 in Lehi, Utah to Eden Eugene and Ann Elizabeth Smith Webb. She married Jean Lauper Phillips on September 6, 1939 in the Salt Lake Temple. He preceded her in death in 1992. Zada was Student Body Vice President at Lehi High SchooL She was a piano teacher for many years in the Lehi area. She was a great pianist, organist and accompanist. accom-panist. She was a member of the LDS church and was President of the Stake Relief Society, and was ward Relief Society President in 2 wards, she also served in many of the auxiliaries. She was a temple organist at the Mt. Timpanogos Temple for several years. She worked at the LDS Garment Distribution Dis-tribution Center and served a mission mis-sion with Jean in Nauvoo, IL from 1981-1982. Survived by 3 daughters, Sandra San-dra (Reese) Blackhurst, Cedar Hills; Barbara (Mac) Powell, Lehi; and Maryann (John) Pace, Orem; 16 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great -grandchildren; brother, Russell (Yvonne) Webb, Phoenix, AZ. Preceded in death by her husband, a baby daughter, Clara, her parents, 5 brothers, Armond Webb, Ralph Webb, Boyd Webb, Karl Webb and Dean Webb. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, January 3, 2007, at 1:00 p.m. in the Lehi 2-5-9th Ward Chapel. 465 E. 300 N., where friends and family called on Tuesday evening from 6-8:00 p.m. and one hour prior to services on Wednesday. Dad served faithfully in many church callings including Stake executive Secretary, Secre-tary, Ward executive secretary, and High Priest group leader. Dad loved the out of doors; he enjoyed camping, hunting and fishing. Most of all he loved to spend time with his family. He especially es-pecially loved the trips he went on with Mom. Dad loved his Ocean fishing trips with his buddies where he caught Salmon and Halibut. Hali-but. Dad was an avid BYU fan. He held the same seats at the Marriot Center since its opening. Dad was a quiet and unassuming unassum-ing man. He was a true gentleman. gentle-man. He lived life in quiet servitude. servi-tude. He taught us by his good example. Survivors include his lovely wife, Norma Jean, Roy Lee's wife Ellen (Huntsville, UT); Irene (Las Vegas, NV); Jim & SheRie (Highland, (High-land, UT); Jeff & LeAnn (West Bountiful, UT); and sister Blanche Ovard; 20 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; 13 brother and sister-in-laws. She was born on July 1, 1941 to Alton Ford and Katherine Gleason Gardner. Gard-ner. She attended at-tended school in Pleasant Grove, Utah and at Utah State University. Univer-sity. Soon after, she met Dean R. Garrett, Jr. to whom she was sealed in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on August 16, 1963. During Dur-ing their married life Dean's occupation occu-pation took them to many beautiful beauti-ful areas of the country. Some of which were the Grand Canyon; Williamsburg, VA; Death Valley, Val-ley, CA; Statue of Liberty Island, NY; Allegheny Portage Railroad Johnstown Flood, PA; Canyon-lands, Canyon-lands, UT and the Big Horn Canyon, Can-yon, MT. After Dean's retirement they finally settled in American Fork, near their families. She dedicated her life to her family with unconditional love. She was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints where she served in many callings, her favorites being nursery and primary. Her greatest great-est joy was her family, especially around the holidays. She loved her weekend adventures, being outdoors, and sleepovers with her three grandkids. Charlotte's laughter will be missed by everyone every-one who knew and loved her. Charlotte is survived by: her husband, Dean; her children, Al-lyson; Al-lyson; Robert (Natalee); Alton (Kim); her three grandchildren, Tobyn, KordelL and Ruth Hannah. Han-nah. She is also survived by her four sisters, Kaye (Blaine) Shelley, JoAnne (Allen) Longman, Marilyn Huff, and Lois (James) Kleparek. She was preceded in death by her m jther and dad.
