Such was the case for many of the Orem seniors Friday night as the Tigers Ti-gers fell at the hands of the Highland Kams 49-1.1 "(Highland) out played us tonight," said Orem coach Robert Steele. "I mean everywhere. They beat us on offense, of-fense, they teat us on defense and on secial teams. There isn't much more I can say " And he didn't. On offense, the Rams racked up 456 total yards and scored five offensive touchdown in 10 drives. "Our offense was well balanced," said Highland coach Brody Beason. "We have a lot of weapons and we like to get the ball to all of them and keep the other team on their toes." The Rams used nine different players play-ers to move the ball effectively down the field, none more efficiently then junior running back Liam McNally. "He is amazing," Benson said of McNally. Mc-Nally. "He runs so hard, it's like a big truck running through the defense." "1 love running the ball," McNally said. "Tonight my offensive line was amazing giving me the holes I needed to make my cuts and find the open field." McNally had 80 yards in his first four carries. He scored on two of them. "Our offease is great," Highland quarterback Sean Swenson said. "The guys that we have on this team work so well together, it's a lot of fun to run the offease and put points on the board." Swenson was the all-around athlete Friday as he was 8-of-12 passing for 104 yards and three touchdowns to three different receivers. On one possession, Swenson hit wide receiver Jake Webber twice on 10-yard out routs and then on a double move, hit Webber for a 25-yard touchdown just before the end of the second half. "We gave a good effort and had good energy," Hun-saker Hun-saker said. "There is not one player on our team that shortchanged us in effort in the game. "The exhibition games are to build from. After the halftime break it was all Highland all the time. The Rams put 14 points on the scoreboard in both the third and fourth quarters, while the Tigers offense continued to be shut down by the stifling Highland defense.
