In addition to having one of the largest displays of pumpkins in the state, it has numerous other attractions. There is a trail that goes through the pumpkin patch which also has growing gourds hanging hang-ing on trellises. From this trail you may elect to go into the corn maze and wend your way through it. There are displays of various var-ious animals, such as goats, rabbits, chickens, turkeys, guineas, hens, peacocks and pheasants. The children can play on a new structure called the tunnel mountain and on a large set of swings and slides. Families and groups can bring their lunch and eat in our picnic area. In our not-so-spooky Spook Alley, we have Cinderella's carriage and other beautiful lighted figures. fig-ures. We think the children will enjoy our light alley. Vineyard Garden Center sells pansies for the fall and early spring gardeners. Also fall is the time to plant the spring bulbs and there is a large display of these bulbs. Now is a good time to plant them. Several of the greenhouses greenhous-es are full of poinsettias. This a very demanding crop to grow and they are available avail-able to the home owner in mid-November. There is a small charge to go through our pumpkinland pumpkin-land program. Vineyard Garden Center is on Geneva Road and 400 South and can be reached by calling 225-4357. The children can play on a new structure called the tunnel tun-nel mountain and on a large set of swings and slides. Families and groups can bring their lunch and eat in our picnic area. Accento Mexicano Furniture and interior decorations If you want mass produced, low grade home decor it won't be found here, but if you need excellent craftsmanship crafts-manship and high quality furniture and interior decorations, look no further than Accento Mexicano. Relocated from the Provo Town Center, Accento Mexicano has been at its new Orem location, 709 N. 1200 West since February, but even with the move, the philosophy of the store hasn't changed since its opening open-ing in 1996. "Our motive was to show people the craftsmanship crafts-manship from Mexican artists," said owner Alex Saenz. All the items in the shop are either imported import-ed directly from Mexico, where they are made by local artists, or built in the store's woodworking shop. Originally, the store started with pottery, mirrors and decor, but now has moved into producing custom furniture. fur-niture. The furniture carried in the store is generally made of pine, but Saenz says customers can have furniture customized cus-tomized to their exact specifications, in as little lit-tle as two weeks. Additionally, the wood shop can produce cabinets and other wood items customers desire. And, because Accento Mexicano is a small, family owned business, customers will get the best prices and be treated with the utmost respect. "Our motto is not to make a sale, but to make a friend in the customer," Saenz said. Every piece is designed to your way of life, made strong to last, custom built to your size and needs.
