With 13 concerts in April, nine Temple Square Concert Series programs will be devoted to choral cho-ral music, much of it with an Easter Eas-ter theme, led by such heavy hitters hit-ters as the Mormon Tabernacle Choir in Cundick's The Redeemer and the National Choral Fest, conducted con-ducted by Will Kesling. Concerts are held in the Assembly Hall, unless otherwise noted; they are free and begin at 7:30 p.m. Please use discretion about bringing children. chil-dren. Wednesday. April 11 - Joel Belgique, vioiist, and Yoshinori Nakao, join with Eiko Nakao at the piano in an unusual program for the three instruments: "Marchenerzahlungen" by Robert Rob-ert Schumann, Trio in E-flat Major Ma-jor ("Kegelstatt") by Mozart, and excerpts from Eight Pieces, Op. 83, by Max Bruch. Belgique is principal vioiist of the Oregon Symphony, and Nakao is principal clarinetist. A native of Salt Lake City, Belgique studied stud-ied at Eastman and Cleveland Institute In-stitute of Music and graduated from BYU with a master's degree.
