With approximately 1,200 members now composing the .Chamber, the questionnaire determines de-termines correct information with an organization's contact name, mailing address, email address, fax and telephone numbers. num-bers. Many members change ad- dresses and other information due to constant growth and employment em-ployment changes. The newly obtained information will be utilized uti-lized by the Chamber to contact members about upcoming events such as First Friday Forums, Fo-rums, leadership retreats, award banquets and board meetings. crowned new queens for 1999, Julianne Jackson and Jessica Makin, respectively, because Fitzgerald and Haney needed to begin their preparations for the Miss Utah pageant.
