Besides each being household names, all four celebrity ce-lebrity performers hope to lure folks out of their households to see them in concert as part of the SCERA Shell Outdoor Theatre's 1999 season. Murray will appear in concert con-cert June 14, Puckett July 19, McGovern Aug 24 and McLean Sept. 2. Their performances will be wrapped around other Shell offerings that include four well-known well-known musical productions under the stars. Special ticket packages include Silver Series Season tickets are now available avail-able at SCERA (745 South State Street, Orem) from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays, or by calling 225-2569 or 225-ARTS. The season sea-son pass features 13 events that span May through September for $34.75 for adults and $18.75 for children (ages 3-11). Those who buy their season tickets before May 6 get 10 free movies as part of SCERA's new Silver Screen Series called "Sleepers and Keepers." These are outstanding out-standing movies that either found wide audience acclaim or should have. v fSb. iC If r ANNE MURRAY iiiiiiii i.iii yt - GARY PUCKETT "We wanted to do something for our season ticket holders to show we appreciate their support, sup-port, and this movie series serves that purpose as well as showcasing some film classics that are best seen on the big screen," SCERA President Norm Nielsen said. The titles will include "An Affair to Remember," "How Green was my Valley," "Spartacus," "Breakfast at Tiffany's," "Bridge on the River Kwai," "Torn Curtain," "Silverado," "Strictly Ballroom," Ball-room," "The Gods Must Be Crazy" and "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade." Audiences will see a few changes this year, including two reserved seating options. The first is the Super Supporter Club, which offers reserved seating and free chairs for all 13 events, as well as reserved concert parking, free popcorn and drinks and a jacket or pair of binoculars as a special complimentary com-plimentary gift. The second is the Super Seater Club, which allows patrons to get reserved seating and free chairs right in front of the stage at SCERA;s four celebrity concerts. "The cost for reserved seating seat-ing is a tax-deductible donation to the arts and gives the benefit ben-efit of having good seats held until a few minutes before the event starts," Nielson explained.
