The wedding will take place at the Geneva Heights 3rd Ward Chapel, officiated by Bishop Gordon Gor-don Billings. The bridesmaids are Holly Hansen, Gwen Juvenal, Lila Lee, and Tulane Tatoya. The bride-to-be is currently attending at-tending USVC, majoring in accounting, ac-counting, xhe groom is attending Weber State College, majoring in Criminal Justice. He served an LDS mission to Spain. After honeymooning in Spain, the couple will make their home in Orem. Raychellene Jasper to wed Vernon Talbot May 11th Raychellene Jasper, daughter of James Randy and Bethene Jasper of Lindon, will marry Vernon Talbot, son of Wil-burn Wil-burn and Deanna Talbot of Orem, on May 11, 1996, in the Manti LDS Temple. The couple will be honored at a reception to be held later that evening. The bride-to-be graduated from Pleasant Grove High School and attended Utah Valley Val-ley State College. She was Miss UVSC 1995, is a Seminary graduate, and is employed at Western Community Bank. Her fiancee graduated from Mountain View High School and LDS Seminary, and from UVSC. He is attending Brigham Young University in international business relations. He served a mission to Santiago South, Chile.
