Show Orem swimmers Orem High School came away with the championship in both boys and girls divisions in the Utah County Invitational swim . meet recently. Ten high school teams were in attendance, with over 300 swimmers participating! The Orem girls scored 423.50 points to 241 for American Fork and 204 for Mountain View. Provo was fourth with 151 and Timpview had 84. Lehi finished at 75.5, Springville at 24, Payson with 18, and Pleasant Grove, 3. The Tiger boys finished first with 367, and Mountain View was second with 292.5. Lehi was third with 173, followed by Timpview, 129; American Fork, 114; Provo, 64; Payson, 47; Springville, 24; and Spanish Fork, 16. Orem girls won nine of the 12 events. Jenny Sorensen and Melissa Belliston each had two individual in-dividual wins. Tyson Apostol and Steven Lau, also from Orem, were double winners for the boys.
