HEAPS Brian Heaps called to serve in Des Moines Brian R. Heaps, son of Richard A. and Joyce A. Heaps, has been called to serve as a missionary mis-sionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Des Moines, Iowa Mission. He will be speaking at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, May 28, 1995, in the Sharon 1st Ward Chapel, 641 South 400 East, in Orem, Utah. All friends and family are welcome wel-come to come to his farewell and open house to extend their best wishes. The open house will be held that same day at the Heaps home at 688 South 630 East. Brian graduated from Orem High School and LDS Seminary. He has attended Brigham Young University this past year. Elder Heaps will enter the Missionary Training Center May 31,1995. - f 4 ? 1 JASON SCOTT HAWLEY Jason Hawley homecoming Elder Jason Scott Hawley has returned from serving in the France Paris Mission of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Latter-day Saints. Elder Hawley will report on his mission experiences at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, May 28, 1995, at the Cherry Hill 9th Ward Chapel, 150 East 2000 South, Orem. Jason is the son of Portia and Don Hawley. HULLINGER 11 BRANDON INOUYE DEVIN SEALE LEANN MIEKO MURANAKA , LeAnn Muranaka to serve in Texas LeAnn Mieko Muranaka, daughter of Nobby and Kitty Muranaka, has been called to serve a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in San Antonio, Texas. Her farewell will be held on Sunday, May 28, 1995, at 12 p.m. in the chapel at 950 West 1200 North, Orem. There will be an open house that same day from 4 to 6 p.m. at LeAnn's home. She will enter the Missionary Training Center on June 14. ' LeAnn is a graduate of Mountain Moun-tain View High School and Seminary. Semi-nary. She has attended Brigham Young University the last three years. Brett Seale becomes Eagle Scout Brett Seale was awarded his Eagle Scout rank in a Court of Honor held May 21. He is a member mem-ber of Troop 480. Brett organized the clean-up and removal of hazardous barbed wire along the Great American Trail. A sophomore at Mountain View High School, Brett is interested inter-ested in football, basketball, soccer, soc-cer, skiing, and golf. He is the son of Doug and Carolyn Seale of Orem. Devin Seale earns Eagle Scout Award Devin Seale was awarded the Eagle Scout rank May 21 at a Court of Honor held for him by Troop 480. Devin worked with the Forest Service for his project. He organized or-ganized young men in hi3 troop to put up a new fence along the Great American Trail. Devin attends Oak Canyon Jr. High School. He is interested in football, basketball, track, and skiing. He is the son of Doug and Carolyn Seale of Orem. John Hullinger to serve in Michigan Elder John A. Hullinger, son of Arvin and Annette Hullinger, has been called to serve as a missionary mis-sionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Michigan, Lansing Mission. He will be speaking at 9:00 a.m. Sunday,May28,1995,inthe Sunset Heights 4th Ward Chapel, 530 S. 600 W., in Orem. An open house will be held that same day from 12:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. at the Hullinger home, 519 W. 650 S. John i3 a graduate of Mountain Moun-tain View High School and LDS Seminary. He has attended Ricks College this past year. He will enter the Missionary Training Center on June 14. Brandon Inouye homecoming Brandon Inouye, son of Steve and Phyllis Inouye, has returned from serving as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Japan Fukuoka Mission. He will be speaking Sunday, May 28, at 2 p.m. in the chapel located at 891 West 130 North, Orem. Kristy Rollins called to serve in Romania Kristy Rollins, daughter of Gaylin and Joyce Rollins, has been called to serve as a missionary mission-ary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Romania Bucharest Mission. She will enter the Missionary Training Train-ing Center May 31, 1995. Kristy will be speaking in sacrament meeting on Sunday, May 28, 1995, at 2:15 p.m. in the Park First Ward, 50 South 750 West, Orem. Family and friends are invited to attend an open house at her home after the meeting. meet-ing. Kristy is a 1992 graduate of Mountain View High School and LDS Seminary. She has attended BYU and has participated in the Jerusalem Study Abroad Program. Pro-gram. BYU Preschool accepting applications Brigham Young University is accepting applications for spring and summer preschool and pre-kindergarten pre-kindergarten sessions running 1 May 31 to August 15.
