Osco General Contractors, Con-tractors, are requesting to construct a two story home and be allowed to construct a home with 650 square feet on the main level instead of the required 850 and are requesting re-questing to cosntruct a 650 square foot second floor instead of another 350 square feet to make up the required 1200 square feet.
