Farrell, son of Use LaCrosse of Las Vegas and Junior Farrell of Los Angeles. Miss Neilson graduated from Orem High School where she was a four-year Seminary graduate and a member of Tigerettes. Mr. Farrell graduated from Annual Art Tea Honors Students Amidst a beautiful setting of spring flowers and works of art, Orem Women's Club honored Orem High art students at the annual Art Tea. Outstanding students stu-dents received cash awards and John Bowcutt was presented with a $100 scholarship for bis win-ning win-ning senior portfolio. son and Mrs. Pat Campbell, sisters sis-ters of the bride. Beth Tippetts and Jean Jensen were in charge of the stage decorations dec-orations which consisted of an easel painting and an attractive arrangement of sculpture, graphics, graph-ics, and bronze pieces. Tea table decorations were arranged ar-ranged by Eva Marie Larsen and Sylvia Holdaway, while hostesses host-esses were Ellen Allen, Kath- erine Boyce, and Lola Adams. Special guests at the Tea were mothers of club members and each was presented with a pink carnation. Lorna Maycock made the presentations and Venice Finch gave a tribute to mothers. Special musical numbers were presented by Helen Weeks and Melody E vans, mother and daughter daugh-ter vocalists; Diane Doxey, and violinist Conrad Dunn, who was accompanied by his sister, Rosemary Rose-mary Dunn. Cash awards and certificates were presented to the following students: Oil Painting - Barbara Bar-bara Startin, first; Jorjie Hawkins, Haw-kins, second, and Debbie Steed, third place; Sculpture - Lynn Everett, first, Lana Sumsion, second, and Arlen Riggs, third; Watercolor - Rick Broderick, first; Linda Hurst, second, and Debbie Steed, third; Graphics -Tom Cryer, first; Ann Bennion, second; and Paul Lindhardt, third; Crafts - Janet Olsen, first; Wilhelmina Hadley, second; and Diane Baum, third. Mr. Bird presented two departmental de-partmental awards consisting of packets of art materials to Ar-lin Ar-lin Riggs and DebbieSteed, graduating grad-uating seniors. PTSA Officers Are Announced The Orem High PTSA has been newly organized for the school year 1971-72. Studentbody members mem-bers have not been announced as yet but adult officers are as follows: Anna Lou Patton, treasurer; Murl Christensen, third vice president; Ardith Pearson, president; Utahna Mc-Knight, Mc-Knight, first vice president; Jessie Jes-sie Martell, secretary; and Principal Clifton Pyne, second vice president.
