The Legislature of the State of Utah has entrusted me with the responsibility for publishing pub-lishing the foUoiving Propositions, which re-hie re-hie to changes in the Constitution of the State of Utah. In the beginning of the body of each Proposition Propo-sition we have set forth the Title of the .Proposition. Because of the very serious nature na-ture of these Propositions which your State Legislature has caused to be placed before you, I urge that each of you study the text of the Propositions in full. Chauncey Riddle, Dean of the Graduate School at Brigham Young University, Uni-versity, spoke about 'Intellectual Prisons which sometimes exist in the Church today. William Nelson used visual aids to highlight the history of the church since the time of Adam. Speaking on "The Now Generation In A Divine Perspective," Perspec-tive," he explained that young people today understand church doctrine better if they see church history as a whole. Mr. Wolf gave several ideas and experiences concerning "Powerful Spiritual Living."
