The new law also spells out the rights of a motorcycle or motor-driven motor-driven cycle operators, it was pointed out. It prohibits automobile auto-mobile drivers for violating the right-of-way to motorcycles, and also spells out how and where mototcycle, or motor -driven cycles are to be operated. In addition to regulatory measures, mea-sures, the act outlines the required re-quired equipment for motorcycles and motor-driven cycles," he said. Footrests must be provided passengers, unless riding in an enclosed cab or side car, and head protection devices must be worn when the equipment is operated op-erated on streets and highways posted at speeds of 35 miles per hour by both the operator and passenger. Eye protection devices de-vices are also required for all persons if the cycles are not equipped with windshield. The heighth of handlebars are now restricted and they can be no higher than shoulder height. Orem Girl Suffers Minor Hurts In Two-Car Collision A minor accident, reported by Patrolman Toby Bath, occurred at 400 E. 500 S., Friday at 10 p.m. according to Patrolman Bath, Glenda Brown Shelton, 29, of 269 W. 1200 S., Orem, was driving northbound on 4th East when she slowed for other vehicles ve-hicles stopped at a stop sign.
