To the extent that nations na-tions communicate and try to understand each other, there will be progress in understanding. under-standing. To the extent that people travel in other nations and study them, they will develop de-velop understanding of the people in those nations, and will also propagate an understanding under-standing of themselves, However, How-ever, when nartions turn their backs upon each other and refuse re-fuse to communicate, they promote misunderstanding and this can have tragic conse-sequences conse-sequences involving millions of people. Nations refusing to communicate can become like individuals "pouting", refusing refus-ing to try to work out their difficulties. It is true that such communication may not always al-ways be in good sincerity, and sincerity is certainly a necessary neces-sary element. However, sincerity sin-cerity on one side and an hon est effort to promote under standing can have a definite effect on the persons of the other side. It is necessary, in the interest of world peace to try in every possible way to promote understanding among nations. Oiak-Devotional , "If it is my will that he remain, re-main, what is that to you?
