'fa I'arkile David N'eubetter shows where his house. Despite reports by the National Space and Aeronautics Administration that most of the Skyiab debris fell into the Indian Ocean near Australia, a Park City resident is claiming he was injured by the errant space station. David Neubetter told The Newspaper he was in the bathroom of his Norfolk Ave. home Wednesday when a large hunk of burning metal crashed through the roof, grazing his head and causing extensive damage to his house. Although he sustained some broken tomes and burns, the Norfolk resident said the fall of Skylab may mean a windfall for him. "I'm going to sue the government and the settlement set-tlement should be astronomical," Neubetter said. The still smoldering remains of Skylab were taken from Neubetter s house to the University of Utah. Space experts there confirmed that the charred metal was a remnant of the space lab's gravity-free toilet. "I may be a little spaced out -ight now but I'll be flush after we go to court," the victim said of his head-to-head encounter. Dr: Tyrone von Brown, U of U professor of orbital and cirriculum re-entry, said 'he space toilet was traveling at a speed of 17,000 miles per hour until it reached the Earth's atmosphere. "At that point celestial constipation takes over." "The bowl movement slows considerably con-siderably as surface friction increases." The professor would not speculate as to how fast the toilet was traveling when it plummeted through Neubet-ter's Neubet-ter's roof but he did note, "You can bet it was hauling a..." Neubetter said he should have been prepared for the incident even though the odds against being hit by Skylab were one in six billion. "I was caught in a flood in the Mojave desert last summer sum-mer and was hit twice by lightening in the same spot the year before. I should have known better," said Neubetter.
