The property is more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point located South 8938'58" West along the section line 676.88 feet and South 4000.15 feet from the North 14 Corner, Section 9, Township 8 South, Range 3 East, Salt Lake Base and Meridian; Meridi-an; thence North 893-4'49" 893-4'49" East along the Springville City line 309.63 feet; thence South 00 19' 19" 30-7.04 30-7.04 feet; thence South 8937'56" West to the Springville City line 309.39 feet; thence North 00 "22 '05" West along the Springville City line 306.76 feet to the point of beginning. Area: 94,988 square feet or 2.18 acres. The City Council received notice of certification of the petition from the City Recorder on July 1, 2003. The complete annexation petition is available for inspection and copying at the office of the City Recorder, 50 South Main Street, Springville, Spring-ville, Utah. The City Council may grant the petition and the City may annex the area described in the petition peti-tion unless a written protest is filed with the Utah County Local Boundary Commission and a copy of the protest delivered to the City Recorder. The deadline for filing a protest is August 8, 2003. For purposes of this Special Bond Election, the voting precincts of the City will be consolidated into six (6) voting precincts in compliance with the Utah Municipal Bond Act.
