Couples anticipating marriage are welcome to participate, said Suzanne Dastrup, coordinator of the free workshops for BYU's Comprehensive Com-prehensive Clinic. Dastrup said group sessions will be held each Tuesday. Registration information can be obtained by calling 378-7759. Discussion will focus on awareness of each partner's family styles and how the two family styles fit together. "Often, young married couples have problems because the husband may have come from a family in which the father felt jointly responsible for household chores and child care," Dastrup said. "On the other hand, the wife may see herself as a failure as a mother and wife if she doesn't manage those responsibilities totally on her own." Other topics include decisions about money, spirituality in the home, role expectations, sexuality and educational goals. If he's lucky, the sun will melt the ice before it bends the pipe. But the patterns of ice sparkling in the morning sunlight create a work of beauty, a special moment, to be treasured despite the troubles. We are handed many such moments in this life; often we do not take time to see them, to appreciate the beauty that is in abundance in the world around us. THIRTEENTH WARD Bishop James W.
