He died May 23, 1981 at his home in Orem of lung cancer. He was born Feb. 16, 1897 in London, England to Frank and Frances Billingsley Taylor. He married Anna Smoot on Aug. 7, 1942 in Seattle Wash. His survivors include wife, Orem; one son, Richard S. Taylor, Springville; one brother, three sisters, J.H. Taylor, Orem; Jane Jepson, Olympia, Wash; Mrs. E.A. He married LuDean Christensen on July 12, 1947 in Tooele. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
