Phase II- Construction of-a 2,400 foot extension of NW-SE runway with turnaround, turn-around, a new taxiway, additional parking space, rehabilitation of runway lighting, installation of visual approach slope indicators, relocation of County roads, and powerline burial. Phase III-Re-surfacing of the NE-SW runway. The initial request for Federal Aid will be for Phase I to be funded in Fiscal Year 1980. Brimhall Rappleye Alycesun Dee Brimhall, 38, formerly of Springville, now of Great Falls, Va., died Thursday, Thur-sday, May 17, 1979. She was born on Sept. 3, 1940, to John and Genevieve Shephard in Salt Lake City. She married Gale J. Brimhall in the Mesa LDS Temple on Jan 2, 1960. Mrs. Brimhall is survived sur-vived by her husband and five children, Hulda Jayne Brimhall, Stacy J. Brimhall, Steven Gale Brimhall, Jared Grant Brimhall and Mari Alice Brimhall, all of Great Falls, Va., her parents, of Mesa Ariz.; sisters, Mrs. Robert (Margaret Jane) Eddington, Provo; Betty Jean Perry, Gilbert, Ariz, and brothers, John David Shepherd, Alexandria, Va. and Frank M. Rappleye, 74, Orem, died Friday of Cancer. Mr. Rappleye was born March 25, 1905 to William V. and Mary L. Jolley Rappleye in Tropic, Garfield County. He married Lilia Cox on May 21, 1928 in Panguitch. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Survivors include his wife of Orem; mother of Salt Lake City; two sons and five daughters, Darrell A. Tanner of Springville is among nine men recently appointed to positions in the rolling mills division of U.S. Steel's Geneva Works. A former student at Brigham Young University, Mr. Tanner began his service at Geneva Works in June 1964 as a messenger and duplicator operator in the production planning department. She was born September Sep-tember 25, 1914 at Springville, Utah the daughter of William Samuel and Sarah Louisa Farr Bramall. She was married to Orval C. Lowe August 18, 1934 at Provo Utah. Hed died in 1967. She married Paul Marlin Lowe December 5, 1967 at San Diego, Calif, and he died May 5, 1978. Mrs. Lowe made her home in Springville until 1967 when she moved to San Diego. She has lived in Missouri since 1978. She was educated in the Springville schools and graduated from Springville High School. She was a member of the LDS Church.
