The judge candidly stated that, after reviewing the evidence, he did not agree with the jury verdict on the infringement in-fringement issue. The court has granted to Valtek a two-year stay of the injunctive relief requested by CCI. This means that Valtek may continue to solicit new orders for Dragon-Tooth valves, manufacture and deliver any valves pursuant pur-suant to existing orders or orders obtained during the two-year period, and that Valtek may service or replace any and all parts of Dragon-Tooth valves in the field.
